CALL TO ACTION: SHOW UP FOR MEASURE J & CFCI!

On April 15th, we’re taking action at the LA County Board of Supervisors to demand the immediate release and protection of Measure J & Care First Community Investment (CFCI) funds!

These funds were meant to support mental health services, workforce development, and violence prevention—but millions remain unspent while our communities struggle with housing insecurity, lack of jobs, and criminalization.

 Our Demands:

- Release unspent Measure J/CFCI funds NOW – No more delays! Get these dollars to the community.

- Remove bureaucratic barriers – Grassroots orgs need resources, not red tape.

- Increase investment – Our communities deserve long-term, sustainable funding.

- Ensure transparency & community input – These funds belong to the people.

Measure J was a promise to invest in care, not punishment. It’s time for LA County to make good on that promise.
