⚠️ CRC Norco has a long history of inhumane conditions: violence from guards, lack of programs, infestations, dilapidation, and extreme heat. Last week’s record-breaking temperatures highlight the urgent need to close prisons like CRC Norco.

The new #CAbudget includes historic CDCR cuts, but more prison closures are needed to ensure savings support our communities. With 19,000 empty prison beds projected by 2028, we can close 5 more prisons without overcrowding. Now is the time to act.
