This April, CURB took to the California State Capitol in Sacramento, CA to attend budget and legislative hearings and meet with various Assembly and Senate offices. We urged legislators to close at least 5 more state prisons and reduce CDCr's $14.6 billion budget, especially in the face of this years $73 billion budget deficit.
